At the Coalface: From the Courtroom to The Cayman Islands

I have been looking forward to setting up this conversation for a while. My next guest At the Coalface will be Simon Davis, Director of Public Prosecutions for The Cayman Islands.

 We’ll explore what it’s like managing cross-jurisdictional cases, his experience prosecuting serious and organised crime, and how UK financial crime laws ripple into the work of offshore authorities. Simon will share his perspective on emerging tools, like AI, and the evolving approach to exposing hidden assets and holding fraudsters to account.
