Feedback Request from GACO Members
GACO has been approached to participate in the independent review of the Channel islands Financial Ombudsman’s (CIFO) function and would be grateful for any feedback, anecdotes and/or other views from Members. We’re looking for views on fairness, effectiveness and accessibility, plus any views on its current model and thoughts for possible changes / refinements.
