Governance, Risk and Compliance in the Bailiwick of Guernsey

Presentation - 15th July 2020

Empowering compliance through culture

Wed, 15 July 2020 at 12:10 PM

We are given the missive to create a ‘compliance culture’.
By our regulators.
By international organisations, and
By compliance and governance bodies.

On the face of it, this looks like an arduous and thankless task and one fraught with difficulty.

But,
What if this is in fact the very opportunity of empowerment we have been looking for?
