Everything you need to know about: ODPA Registration & Levy Regime with Tim Loveridge

The main theme of Tim's presentation will be the new ODPA Registration and Levy regime, which begins on the 1st January 2021.

Tim will also talk about breaches (and reporting obligations), data harms, why the registration and levy exist (then the details), then finish with how ODPA approaches regulation and supports innovation.

Tim Loveridge is the Chief Operating Officer at the Office of the Data Protection Authority.

Tim oversees developing and maintaining the ODPA’s operational framework.

He also supports the commissioners on strategy, governance and effective regulation.

Tim has a particular focus on supporting local businesses to embrace ethical innovation in their use of personal data.
